Parish Batismal Team

BAPTISM Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God: We become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made to sharers in her mission. “Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.”

Times & Places

A Pre-Baptismal Information Evening is held the first Tuesday of every month @ 7.30pm in our local Churches for Parents and Godparents.

REQUEST FOR BAPTISM - Please contact the Parish Priest or Sacristan's.

Five weeks notice is required when booking a Baptism.

Baptisms are celebrated on Saturdays at 5pm. and Sundays at 12 noon.
